• You can then download a PDF file of the standard REIWA Approved "AUTHORITY TO ACT AS CONSULTANT AUCTIONEER"
• Just print it out, fill in the blanks and email it to bookings@tomeszeauctions.com or fax (08) 9474 7777
• We will then immediately confirm back to you "in-writing" of our commitment to your Auction day, date & time.
• The booking remains exclusively yours and be assured no other Auction, Agent or Agency will be able to book this time!
• It is vitally important to move quickly once a verbal time has been discussed as bookings ARE NOT CONFIRMED until they are in writing!

Auction Cancellation Policy
The full fee applies once the auction is booked regardless of the property being withdrawn, postponed, cancelled or sold prior to the auction as other incoming Auction bookings are declined because of our commitment to you!
